Didn’t come with a charger

Good product but It didn’t come with a charger like it was supposed to and I ordered the vest for a specific event. The vest came in time but was useless with no charged batteries. I ended up paying extra money to have one overnighted but that didn’t show up on time either.

Heater core vest charger!

My charger was not charging my batteries for my vest. I couldn’t tell if the problem was the charger or the batteries. My hunting partner had the same vest. I used his charger to charge my battery and it charge my battery. I noticed that his charger had a led light that glow red and changed to green when fully charged my charger did not have that feature. I call pnuma spoke to Jennifer who was very helpful. I explained to Jennifer my problem and she sent me a new charger no question ask. Thank you Jennifer.

Replacement Charger for Heat Vest

Old charger did not fully recharge batteries for heat ves.t Only 3 dots would light up no matter how long I charged the batteries. The new replacement charger recharges vest batteries fully 4 lighted dots. Works correctly. Thanks
