RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

There is a 30-day from day of product receipt Return/Exchange period.  Your item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Effective on purchases starting December 1, 2024, merchandise purchased will be accepted for return or exchange until January 31, 2025. All item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition with hang tags and original packaging.

REFUNDS

Like returns/exchanges, refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please check your junk or spam email for your refund notification. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (Up to 10 business days.) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact info@heatedcore.com and include your name, address, phone number and order number in your email.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S):

Please send an email to our customer service team (info@heatedcore.com) and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back to our warehouse. As soon as they arrive, we will proceed with issuing a refund or shipping your exchange item. This process is completely free!

 

Warranty

At Heated Core, we are committed to providing quality products that enhance your Outdoor experience, and we provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.

With this promise comes some common sense restrictions. Your warranty will be void if your product comes into contact with heat sources. Additionally, we will not cover damage caused by pets, exposure to chemicals that degrade the fabric, ozone chambers or treatments, permanent stains, loss, or theft.

Electrical Components:

All electrical heating components, including batteries and chargers, are covered by a one-year warranty.

After the initial one-year period, we are unable to replace or repair any electrical issues within the garment or accessories.

Material Damage:

Lifetime warranty coverage is offered for any material damage to the garment, such as holes or tears, adhering to the standard warranty guidelines mentioned above.
