RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

There is a 30-day from day of product receipt Return/Exchange period. If 31 or more days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer refunds or exchanges. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Effective on purchases starting December 1, 2024, merchandise purchased will be accepted for return or exchange until January 31, 2025. All item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition with hang tags and original packaging.

REFUNDS

Like returns/exchanges, refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. If 31 or more days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer refunds. There are no exceptions. Your item(s) must be returned unused, in new, re-sellable condition. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please check your junk or spam email for your refund notification. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (Up to 10 business days.) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact info@heatedcore.com and include your name, address, phone number and order number in your email.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S):

Please send an email to our customer service team (info@heatedcore.com) and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back to our warehouse. As soon as they arrive, we will proceed with issuing a refund, or shipping your exchange item. This process is completely free!
