We make every effort to ship out orders received prior to 12:00 pm CST the same day (not including weekends or U.S. holidays). Orders received after 12:00 pm CST will generally ship the following day. Any orders received on the weekends will be shipped on Monday. During peak volume periods it is possible that orders will take 3-4 business days to ship. All purchases are filled and shipped in the order they’re received. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. At Heated Core, we strive to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Due to the inclusion of lithium-ion batteries in our products, we are limited to ground shipping options. This restriction is in compliance with shipping regulations for hazardous materials and ensures the safe transportation of your items. 

While we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time, we are committed to processing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

To guarantee orders by Christmas, orders must be placed by December 14, 2024.
